Why we started Anchor.

We started this company to help our community, and to be honest about the work. Too many homeowners get sold a new roof when a repair would have held, or hand their home to a subcontractor the company they hired has never met. We wanted to do it differently: tell people straight up what they actually need, and do the work ourselves.

That’s the whole idea, and it’s held up. We never subcontract. Every siding and roofing project is handled personally by our own crew, so the people who quote your job are the people on your roof. We communicate clearly, we use quality materials, and we handle every step ourselves, which is how the results stay dependable and consistent.

We’re a licensed, insured, quality-vetted crew, and we’re certified by the manufacturers whose products we install: CertainTeed, LP SmartSide, James Hardie, and Lomanco. That certification matters most in the parts of the job you never see: the underlayment, the flashing, the ventilation. That’s where a roof is really made or ruined. We install to spec, not the fast way, because we’d rather do it once, correctly, than come back.
