Three years ago Andrew, Aaron, and Preston went into business together with one rule they refused to break: don’t take money from people for work their house doesn’t need. It sounds like a small thing. In this trade it isn’t. It means that when we climb down off an Alma roof and tell you it has eight good years left, that’s the end of the conversation, and we don’t circle back in the spring hoping you’ve forgotten. We’re certified by CertainTeed, LP SmartSide, James Hardie, and Lomanco, and we install to their specifications rather than to whatever is quickest, which is the only way the warranty behind your materials actually means anything. Underlayment, flashing, ventilation: none of it shows from the street, and all of it decides whether you get twenty years out of a roof or forty. We’re licensed and insured, and we don’t subcontract, so the crew doing that detail work is our own and answers to us.

The first visit is free and there’s nothing attached to it. We come out, get onto the roof or walk the siding properly instead of guessing from the driveway, and show you photographs of what we found. If there’s work worth doing you’ll have the scope and the price in writing before we start, and the number at the end matches the number at the beginning. We clean up the site when we’re finished and we stand behind what we built.
